This app always has the same issue with every update. To open a spreadsheet i already have saved it takes 3 trys. Keeps giving me an error. Oops an error occurred while loading your document. Some offline changes you made might have been lost. Please reopen the document to continue. This happens when im on cell data or wifi

It works for si power spreadsheets and the sharing is great. However, for more complicated sheets, it doesnt work. I just opened a working, but complicated excel sheet and google sheets was showing value errors all over the place. Honestly, I dont get these reviews that say... its cool and thats it. One should create a spreadsheet with some complex formulas before reviewing a tool like this.

Anyone can use easily

As the title states, when I try to use Google Sheets on Google Chrome, it blacks out.

Specially on my phone!!!!

Sheets helps u remember and access all your worksheets

I use it to track my flying hours for work and having the ability to access offline is a must!

This app is fine for relatively simple things, but you need the browser version for anything significant. However, Google blocks access to the full browser version on mobile devices. This includes 12.9 iPads even though Google allow the full version on 13” MacBooks, which is also a portable device. --

Tiene menos funciones que cuando lo usas e una computadora pero es suficiente para lo que yo necesito. Esta última semana demoraba más de lo normal para abrir un archivo. Tenía una actualización la app y no había recibido ninguna notificación. Está actualizado y ahora vuelve a funcionar muy bien.

I use Sheets daily and have done so for years for many projects. I can access on my Mac or PCs and iPhone. I am always searching on Help for features I used in Excel. For me Sheets is all in all Perfect.

I have used google sheets now over a year, it has corrupted my files twice. Spreadsheets gone. I thought the first time this happened was my fault, this last time recently I done anything to it. Very disappointed in app. Will be removing it.

Very functional for ios. Needs a trainer for newbies. Fast, easy data entry.

Now that Microsoft charges to use Excel this program fills the void for no charge. Works just like Excel and in some cases works even better.

While it’s my natural instinct to be leery of trusting a company that proports itself to be altruistic in its relation with its clients; it remains hard to fault the company when it comes to their free line of productivity tools. Sheets is still the “poor-man’s” Excel. It has a much leaner featureset, a simplified interface, and some annoyingly useful widgets and extensions. Basically, it’s Excel for people who normally use Excel. People who are savvy enough to even know about Excel, tend to use it as a basic way of displaying and organizing data in tables, with some simple arithmetic formulas between cells. The really nitty-gritty features that make Excel so powerful are used by a tiny of fraction of people who are, themselves, a tiny fraction of the general, computer-using public. You can still make a good household budget with automated cells or a business proposal with some formula-based forecasting. If you are mad that can’t use seudo-SQL functions and set up batch processes for huge datasets, you’re probably looking at the wrong, free app.
