Holy smokes you guys - I am cookin with gas on a Sunday morning with an incredible workflow all around the Google town - maps to sheets and from sheets with that data to websites and back to sheets - my god the experience has become SO efficient and juicy. So much good here. Yet may i wish for the stars? Give me a Google environment where I can do all this but app switching is not necessary. If I can slay demons in stunning 4K, you should be able to combine all these apps into a desktop for me to work in. Thanks for all youve done with this - Im sorry I dont have an android but they just get hacked so much I cant take it. I appreciate you making this good for me on my iPhone.

Templates are fairly limited, but unlike Microsoft, Google is still free and very helpful. I hope they keep availability on Apple as options are very limited unless you pay a fortune.

Better than apple or microsoft

Ive been using Sheets off my phone whenever I dont have my laptop on me and its been such an incredible resource to complete my work on the go! There are a lot more beneficial features than Id expect would even be available on a phone app (such as freezing rows, editing text color, merging columns, and more). Super useful. The only thing I havent been able to figure out is how to make rows have "wrapped text" instead of text that spills over. Perhaps thats just too many features to include for the app to remain user friendly and simple. I can always edit that when using Sheets via computer- or perhaps this feature is available via iPhone app and I just didnt figure it out yet. Overall, I highly recommend google Sheets and love google for making this available for all gmail users! Thanks!

Great app, but still has some issues playing nicely with iPad. I tried converting an Excel file so I can continue converting from Microsoft to Apple and Google, but the app persistently removed the top three lines of my Sheets document. I had to go online to the actual files to get the complete conversion. I love the flexibility of being able to access all my Google files on my iPad, since I dont take my computer everywhere. For that matter, I can use my phone for the same purpose...when it works.

Now, I can access my documents whenever I need them. It also works with iPad. This product deserves 5 stars. Thank you

I use it for business and personal use. I love it! Easzy peazy!

The Offline feature is very convenient. Really easy to use, specially for simple stuff.

I do a lot of work with lists of data, and Sheets is really good at sorting.

Its easy to create and edit files but multiple times it wont save them. Just about every time I try to send a file by email it freezes and then deletes the file altogether. Unbelievably frustrating and Im going to move on from it

Its a useful tool to have. I wish the bar with all of the numerical functions would come up automatically instead of having to switch to the alphabet first.

specialy for sharing excel sheets

Its trivial to sit at a full sized computer screen and keyboard, type up a shopping/errand/to-do list, then share it with any number of people. When anyone checks off "get toilet paper " or "make coffee" or "take out trash ", everyone instantly sees on their iOS or android that the task is done.

Google Sheets for iPad works but I dont find it to be efficient. For example, I cant select multiple rows (intuitively at least). Making a significant number of edits is tedious. It works well for viewing and making basic changes. But advanced manipulation is challenging at best.

Love the app. Lifesaver.
